#102A3 Karoline Rebaschus, b. ca. 1837. The FAMILY BOOK of Albertine and Johann Leipelt recorded: "Karoline Anstergel born Rebaschus, 74 years old when died on 4 May 1910." No further information; however, Irma Pfrommer from Strawberry Point, Iowa, recalled that a cousin in Germany did write the family in the 1930's requesting information on our ancestors; that most by that time had forgotten the German language but that someone did reply that information probably could be found in church books in Germany, but not in America. Unfortunately, that letter has not come to light!
