(Christian's birthdate comes from information in the poessession of the late
Wilhelm von Veltheim who was born at St. Sebald, Iowa and died at Veltheim, Germany).
His wife:
#103 maria Schaefer, b. ca. 1780, East Prussia, Germany. Wilhelm von Veltheim also
knew that her ancestors came from Austria originally, having located in East Prussia
about 1732. Unfortunately, he did not have any further dates on either Christian or
Maria Schaefer. They were married about 1800. We know of three of their children:

*#51 II. Christina Rebaschus, b. 14 Feb 1817/1818, Labowischken, East Prussia, Germany
*#102C III. Magdalena Rebaschus, b. 17 September 1820, Labowischken, East Prussia, Germany
Of Christian's three known children, only one of them came to America! Because of the
scantiness of information available and the loss of so many records during World War II,
the author pieced together many loose golden threads to weave us altogether!
